An electric fireplace and views of the ocean from every angle through four large windows make the living room inviting. There’s also a 42-inch plasma television (satellite) with DVD player and DVD library, stereo systems with tape deck and CD player.

A real “cook’s” kitchen offers stainless steel appliances – dishwasher, electric stove and oven, refrigerator and microwave – as well as a complete array of small appliances and tools: blender, coffee maker, toaster and lobster pot. There are, of course, dishes, pots and pans, knives (including steak) and lobster crackers, serving dishes and storage containers and a breakfast bar with two stools.

In the dining room, a rustic table seats eight comfortably or 10 good friends. Enjoy great ocean views at every meal with a spectacular sunset dinner view you can enjoy indoors or out.

The second bedroom is appointed with a double bed and closet with organizer.

As well, a loft area, has a double sofa bed to accommodate larger groups. In the loft area, you will also find a small library and board games assortment for you to enjoy during your stay.

Main Level
The third bedroom is appointed with a queen sized bed, dresser, chair and closet. It also has its’ own private deck to enjoy privacy and views.

The fourth bedroom is appointed with 2 twin bed, a dresser and closet.

All bedrooms have clock radios and ceiling fans. All flooring is hardwood.

Top Quality Linens – bedding and towels – are supplied. We also have beach towels for your use.

The Laundry Room includes a washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron, available for your use.

Good cell phone coverage in the area allows you to use your own cell phone or you can use the Cinnamon Coast telephone for local calls.

There are 2 tables and loungers, an outdoor shower to rinse off sand from the beach and a propane BBQ.

We also have a selection of sand toys for little ones to use while they stay with us.

With a 1.4 acre lot, there is lots of room for soccer games, frisbee, horseshoes, or a great game of catch with your children.

At the water, spend an afternoon wading in the warm, shallow waters or finding clams or other sea life. Children can spend hours with a pail and shovel searching for buried treasures. If the tide is out, go for a walk along the beach.

Bring your canoe or kayak and enjoy a paddle in the calm waters of Egmont Bay.

In North Cape, you can watch the tides of the Northumberland Strait and the Gulf of St. Lawrence meet while you dine in the fully licensed restaurant of the North Cape Interpretive Centre. The views and the food are great.

For ice cream lovers, there’s a Cows Ice Cream Parlour in Summerside. Closer to home there is the Richmond Dairy Bar, less than 7 minutes from the house.

Locally, there’s a variety store, a cafe and a dairy bar, but, remember, there’s very little Sunday shopping on Prince Edward Island, except for Hal’s Farmer’s Market and Flea Market, just west of Summerside.
